Mike has always been amazing, very thorough and I would recommend him to anyone because him and his team are so great! I have both bought my first home and refinanced the same house later through Mike and his team. For the refinance I worked mostly with Jessica Erb and she was very patient with me and any delays I had, she explained everything, sometimes twice, to ensure I understood what was going on, and I never felt alone or unheard during the entire process. I would recommend this team a million times over!
Outstanding job of getting me through the process Thomas in underwriting, fantastic communication, great personality always on top of everything. Tyler did a great job of keeping me up-to-date on what was going on and answering many many questions that I had ,fantastic company. I would highly recommend them. When my credit score was a few points to low that department gave me guidance to fix the issues. I know I’m leaving so many people out who helped me thru the process! But a huge thank you to you all.
