Veterans United did a phenomenal of job of selecting a loan officer, concierge, and realtor that exceeds my expectations! Six months ago, purchasing a home was only a dream and now I am moving into my first home with their help and asssitance.
I figured I would give one shout out for everyone. The reason for that is from top to bottom the best group of people you could ask to have on your side. It's a lot of work buying a house but trust me when I say: I couldn't have done this without Rachel's patience and stick to it , Doug is a fabulous real estate agent, Seth kept me informed of all my options and cede set me up to get my utilities and other stuff so it was seamless. Sometimes I was overwhelmed but I always felt supported and looked after.
We had some random huge fee added WHILE WE WERE AT THE CLOSING TABLE. Final closing disclosures had already be done and sent them VU added at $4k+ fee while we were sitting at the closing table, signing. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone to fix it because it was after 5pm when we saw it trying to finalize funding we finally got ahold of Shannon and she was SO short and unhelpful. Someone named Katie Brown apparently added this the fee then was completely unreachable
Veterans United provides a great home buying experience. When I started looking for a home in Florida I didn’t consider anyone else.
