Jon Ouk was extremely matter of fact, which is how I like it. He explained to me exactly what I could afford and what I needed to know to get the house I wanted. He helped me through the entire process, no bull, just straight facts, and the entire thing was done with precision. Jon is the money, and Bryan was everything else. Bryan Kay was the exceptional at answering questions and helping me through the other part of the process. Anytime I had to sign something or if something came up that I didn’t understand, Bryan answered my questions without fail! With these two as a team, I knew that I was in great hands!
As a first time homebuyer I was very nervous about the whole process. Working with Jaimie & her loan team was a blessing. It took awhile for my loan to get approved due to the government shutdown and issues with the Hoa but they helped me along and did what they could to help me close!
