My home loan experience with Veteran's United was such a blessing. When I initially called Veteran's United, I was not very educated in the home buying process, since I had never purchased a home. The team at VU not only educated me in every step of the process, they also embossed an extraordinary level of confidence, encouragement, and expertise within every facet. Quiet honestly, I believe every Veteran would be blessed immensely, if they chose Veteran's United in their home buying experience.

Sorry to see this. I looked into this further with your loan team. After we started your loan, I learned things were put on hold because the home was still under construction. The caveat: We can’t order the VA Appraisal until construction is complete. I understand this sparked the need for updated items and delayed closing. I’m sorry this wasn’t better communicated. We never want to leave you feeling like there isn’t time for your questions during the loan process.
