Kaci was great to work with…..she was there throughout the whole loan process. She took time answering the phone calls and emails or returned calls when I left messages. A real superstar from start to finish!
I think I have already covered everything in my two other comments, but, suffice to say, I am very satisfied with my experience.
Overall great experience. Team was responsive when needed. From my perspective the only room for improvement is the team’s attention to detail regarding sending out forms for e-signature. Too many instances I had to sign forms multiple times due to various reasons that should have been caught earlier. I would recommend Veterans United to someone I know.
This Veterans United team was absolutely awesome. They were very honest and upfront from the beginning. They were dedicated to getting me and my family into our new home by working tirelessly and quickly everyday until closed. We could have not been more satisfied. Thank you!

So I couldn’t have asked for a better loan team then Terri Behrens and Jackie Cox. By far outstanding during the whole process. Terri was able to answer any and all questions I had while making the whole thing super painless and stress free. Even more so since I am in the Navy and stationed overseas at the time during the home buying process. She worked with me and hooked me up with the perfect realtor and got me in a home for my return stateside. If I could give a higher rating then 10 I would. Already recommend them to my friends, and will definitely use them in the future.

Veterans United has always been my go-to for VA loans. They are fast, friendly, and easy to work with. I only rate at a 9 just because they do have high fees that are thrown in. Expect about $14k by time you close.
