This is the second time I have utilized Veterans United and in the span of six years it has improved.
The online portal and document uploads is extremely helpful. I work remotely in Arctic Alaska and to have all documents submitted and supported electronically made sure the process was quick and seamless!
The time difference takes some adjustment and coordination. Many times I had to wait an additional business day.
It would be nice to have Saturday as a full business day.
Despite some adjustments I highly recommend Veterans United and I will be using them again in the future.
I had a great experience with Veterans United. I previously reached out to them to buy a house in 2018 but the builders incentives won so I chose another lender. This time around, I reached out to them and I was very impressed with the help and communication throughout the process. I could typically call and get an answer to my question almost right away. Kendall and his team really took a lot off our plate as we were in the middle of selling and buying a house. I would definitely recommend them to other military buyers. They are well versed on VA lending. Reach out to them today if you are in the market to buy a home!!

Well over all it was a grueling and intense experience being a first time home buyer a whole lot of leg work on our part so time repeated leg work it was annoying and the wife wanted too give up it did give us quit a bit of anxiety but in the end its all good. Just chalked it up as a learning experience . But the bright side is we are moving into our new home.
Obviously buying a home comes with many stressors. Not only are the VU home buying professionals top notch, so was the VU platform. This process was so easy! I loved being able to upload my pertinent documents to the portal and monitor it for taskers. My wife and I are so glad we decided to go with Veterans United. I would recommend this group of professionals to anyone who may be in the market for a new home!
For a first time home buyer, this was a smooth operation. The process was so smooth even in the uncertainty of the first deal that fell through we learned so much by the second try we were more confident and our loan officer and real estate agent took care of all the stress! Thank you so much !!!

Ryan Chinnis and the entire team are very knowledgeable and worked hard to get our loan finalized in an expeditious manner and allowed us to close a week early in our new state and home. I thank them very much.
The closing was delayed a bit, but that was not due to VU; the local bank holding the mortgage took more than a week to process the payoff.
Everything was great up until the time VU gave too much additional work to my loan officer as we were getting ready to close and it showed!
