This is my 5th home loan and it was by far the easiest one I've done! Although I think the portal could be improved upon in a couple ways, I spent far less time dealing with the administrative process of the loan than any of my previous other experiences. It was so smooth and easy that I can count on one hand the number of times I had to log on to upload or go through a lot of documentation. Only two things I can recommend to improve upon are (1) enable multiple file upload on the portal and (2) more frequent communications or reminders when things are needed.

Amazing communication and their phone app makes it extremely easy to upload documents and stay on top of tasks.

The veterans united app is my favorite part about the company. It makes viewing your documents, viewing the loan progression stages, & getting updates quick and easy to understand. They even have built in lessons to teach about the stages as you go!

The Loan Team was fabulous!!! They were professional, friendly, efficient, and patient. Janeanne worked with me through multiple homes until we found one that was the right fit. She is incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and is an amazing communicator. Janeanne's experience and expertise was on display particularly when I was trying to understand some state law provisions and we were consulting with the legal team. She always made me feel like a valued part of the Veterans United family. I felt comfortable that she was always on top of the entire loan process. Danielle was similarly amazing. Although I didn't interact with her as much as Janeanne, that just goes to show their efficiency and skill. Janeanne set me up for success and Danielle helped us get across the finish line. Danielle's communications were also very clear, professional, and friendly and she was always quick to respond. It has been 13 years since my last home buying experience. This week we just closed on a new home and the difference is night and day. Veterans United was a great company to work with. But even better than that was that we had a team of 4 people that were dedicated to helping us along the way. Each one was a professional at their job. And everything was so fast and seamless. They are up to date on technology and they process was just so easy. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.
