Olivia Robinett and Ashley Sheeran were a great help, answered all my questions in a timely manner through email during my deployment, made it a way easier experience than I expected.
We first began searching for a home before a military move with unknown dates. The team helped us move quickly on a house that ultimately wasn't meant to be and handled it very smoothly. When we finally received orders and hard dates that required even quicker movement, the team came together again and made it happen on our timeline like true professionals. I was very impressed with the customer service, software applications, and timeliness from start to finish. We will absolutely come back on our next home search!

First off, Andrew Beckett was the star of the show. He was the most honest, upfront, and just genuinely cool guy. He answered every question and responded almost instantly every time I reached out, even when he was on vacation! My manager did comment on the fact he had to fill out 5 employment verifications. However that aside it was a smooth process.
Jordan and his team did a fabulous job helping me as a first time homebuyer! The knowledge they hold in the services they provide is unmatched. I rarely needed to ask any additional questions because they were extremely thorough. If i did have any questions they were answered promptly. They are all amazing at what they do and you can tell they truly care about their clients! They made the loan process a breeze for me and helped me feel confident. Honestly, the entire time their team made us feel like our home buying experience mattered to them. There was a point where Veteran's United should have delegated a different point of contact, (we made an offer on a house the same weekend our loan officer had a baby). Even though he was on paternity leave, the loan officer responded with what we needed to do, albeit concisely.
Later, we had an issue with an appraisal delay. I am pregnant and we'd planned on closing exactly a month before our due date. But we found out the closing was delayed (thanks to the appraisal) the same day I found out from the doctor that baby would need to come out 3 weeks early. When I explained the situation, the mortgage team did everything they could through the holidays to get a closing date sooner than the new baby date. And the day we got approved to close, they sent us a signed card, stuffed animal, and book for the new baby.
