I would describe Brandon Brown as one the best people I have meet. Always available when I had a question . This was my first time buying a home, but it could not have been easier.
Mike & Lora were phenomenal.When I first was trying to get approved, Mike was patient and kind as I was getting strung out by another lender. He saw me through some very frustrating experiences with that lender.Lora came along further in the process but didn’t let me file stay stagnant when roadblocks came my way. Since I came over the VU with a purchase agreement in hand, there was no time to waste and she saw to that.Mike, also, as we were nearing the finish line and just needed a VA appraisal to score kept calling the department of veterans affairs together basically daily for 2 weeks. On one occasion staying on the line for over 2 hours well past normal business hours. Can’t say enough how much his efforts meant to me.
This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Kody and his team went above and beyond for my family and I several times. Our house hunt lasted almost three years due to the economy and housing market, and after many setbacks and disappointments outside of VU’s control, Kody and his team stuck by my side through thick and thin. In the end, the same team that started our initial pre approval, took us to our closing. Beyond thankful for Kody, Andrea, Audrey and Heidi. Absolutely outstanding team and never once let us down.
