I can't say enough good things about Joe Narron, I would say that the majority of my interactions was through Joe. We had quite a difficult time obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility from the VA but Joe was there helping every step of the way.

I started the process more or less on a whim not expecting to get approved for much. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount I was pre-approved for and that spurred me to actually look for a place to buy. At every point, the VU team met my needs, even the needs I did not know I had. I would definitely keep doing business with them.
Couldn’t ask for a better team to assist me for my first time home buying experience. Adam, Brett and Allie, provided me the constant reassurance that everything was moving along. The Welcome home gift is a nice touch, it made me smile, and my little Bro happy with the treats and his personalized dog bowl.
