Well put together team. They made the entire process seems too easy. I got to know them more than I would like to admit due to the amount of questions I had. I was able to text or call them anytime I need guidance and they never disappoint.

The process was very draw out and not very straight forward if you are not familiar with buying a house. There is a seriously lack of communication. People will just take time off and not notify you causing your closing date to get pushed back. If you are considering using this company just know that you will have to be on there ass all the time. The only reason I was able to actually close on a house was due to the fact that I was very persistent and would call my team every day. I ended up missing TWO closing date right around the holidays thus making this holiday season absolutely terrible. So if you have no deadlines and just don't care when things get done this might be the company for you. However if you like good communication skills and due dates are important to you do yourself a favor and find a different company.
