The last time we bought a house and moved was in 1975. Needless to say this has been a crazy time for us. Personally, I’m not a very patient guy. This is especially true when I have to rely on others to do a job for me that they are getting paid to do. So you can imagine my mindset going into this process since in today’s world customer service is an oxymoron.
