This allowed the seller, an active duty service member, to have more time to relocate his family.For me, a retired Navy veteran, I have dreamed for years of a place where I could gather my family. So, when I found this home, I was excited, yet anxious that I didn't have enough time since the seller needed to close quickly. Now here I am, a new homeowner! I would recommend this company to veterans. They knew what paperwork was needed from a person about to retire unlike other companies. The communication process could be better, as it seemed it was hard to reach people on the phone but very easy in emails.
If Greg ever leaves VU, so are we. He is our lender until the wheels fall off this ride.

Smooth at first then kinda rush rush especially towards the end. Rich was the guy I spoke to mostly. Spoke to kaleb maybe twice throughout the process. Was given the need to know stuff. I had a lot more questions however Kaleb maybe was too busy to get back to me. However the process is mostly smooth from start to finish.
