I'm not expert or even moderately understand the "in's and out's" of credit reports but I am absolutely glad Laura does. I thank her for her guided instructions and letting me give up when I thought for sure it was gonna take some type of miracle accurately understand what the credit bureau's are saying.

My entire loan team worked hard and efficiently to ensure a smooth and painless process. Veterans United knew exactly what they were doing every step of the way and took all the headache part of home purchasing to minimize mine. Very organized with their process with a to do list for me and all I had to do was go to my account, click the item on my to do list and was able to complete the task right there without having to bounce from one place to the other. Everything they needed me to do on my end took no more than 5mins. Very quick and responsive. Not only do they help with the loan process but they set you up with a real estate agent who works directly with them and you get a concierge who helps you get everything you need done for your new home such as utilities, water, security system, moving companies, etc. Only took 18 days to close on my new home!!! Will never use any other company except VU from here on out! You get even awesome personalized gifts from your loan team through out the process, who doesn’t love gifts?!?! As a veteran to another veteran this is who you want to help with your road to home buying!!
