Halfway through my refinance process, Schandler had to take over for the previous loan officer. I was concerned that I would have to repeat a bunch of stuff to get him spun up but that was not the case at all. It felt like he was there the whole time. literally could not have been a smoother process. Very impressed with the communication between the loan officers and their communication with me. Growing up owning and refinancing always seemed so daunting however Clayton not only made buying my house so effortless, seamless and smooth but also the refinance. Quite a few last minute changes from seller, etc. I was fortunate I was not kicked out of my residence or paying for hotel - moving forward this could be a huge problem for another veteran and wanted to just bring up.Thank you guys so much, it honestly means the world to me and my daughter.
