Attention to detail. That was the most shocking thing to me was having to personally point out errors on closing disclosures that should never had made it to my level of review. Many other people probably wouldn't have even read the entirety of these documents, let alone question them. Thank goodness I did. My concern is how many others didn't notice and paid for things that were the seller's responsibility?

Jon was very attentive to my needs from the beginning. My realtor originally recommended a different financing company for my purchase. I reached out to them first and after a delayed reply, I reached out to Veterans United. Jon called me and got my pre approval done before the first company ever responded. I told Jon that I needed to do an early closing if possible since I had been living in hotels since arriving back from my overseas assignment. Jon, Jenny, and Amanda made that happen for me, I went from under contract to cleared to close in 18 days. I know I wasn’t their only client, but I never felt as if they weren’t always working on my behalf. They made the home buying process seamless and I appreciate them for their efforts in assisting me with the purchase of my condo.
