The whole process went very smoothly. The entire team was available at all times and I never had to wait for a response from them when I had a question. They were all very patient and helpful. (This was my first time doing all the leg work for buying a home.) They take the stress out of buying a home. People complain about all the paperwork but I thought it was just the same as with all the other houses we bought so don’t believe them. I LOVE that they have a check list tab in your account so you know exactly what you need to do next and see what you have completed.
Veterans United has made purchasing our first home an amazing experience. They really walk with you throughout the entire process. And you won't feel like you're in the dark. I never would have imagined I would have learned as much as I did about purchasing a house.
