My only frustration throughout the process was the time it took Sarah to respond to emails. She was great when she responded, but I sometimes felt like I was left hanging.

Easy process. Friendly, professional, timely communication from everyone who was involved in the process from pre-app to closing. We felt valued and important as clients of the company and staff. The welcome care package and personalized gift also meant a lot to us as it was over and above anything we would have expected.

It’s hard to believe that Veteran’s United was able to originate and close the loan on our home. Koby was excellent, but, equally as great was Casey Reagan.
