Once again thanks for everything and I appreciate all the hard work and help.

What more can I say! There're the best!!!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of getting to work with Aaron McMahon and the entire VU team. They have consistently done everything they can to ensure we get the best offers we can and we couldn’t have gotten our dream house if it weren’t for them. They fought for us as first time home buyers in a very difficult housing market and now we live in an amazing town that fits our family’s needs. We just refinanced within one year due to them too. Thank you all!!

Thank you to the whole team of experts at Veterans United for making my experience easy and less stressful. Professional, personalized, attentive, and friendly team.

if you were looking to buy a house which I did with a VA loan on disability this team made it incredibly easy. They’re so polite caring they would like nothing but the best for an individual to start their new life in a new home the only bad thing I can say is That will not be talking with these individuals on regular basis they even sent my animals care package for Christmas I highly recommend working with these professionals. Thank you once again.

Maintained constant communication and assistance. Thank you 😊

Such a wonderful experience and journey with Veterans United I really loved all the different team players in the purchasing process they really put some good thoughts into this to help the buyer purchase and transition into their home so easily and painless each of them communicating very well and showed support towards me I appreciate each of you!

I love this company. Veterans United has given us so much. In fact this is our second time using Veterans United in three years.

You guys make the home buying process very easy. Thank you team for your support and I look forward to doing business in the future

On this purchase with Veterans United, we hit some major roadblocks. If we had been in a more competitive market during peak buying season, it could very well have cost us the deal. The appraiser was absolutely ridiculous. Her report called for around $5,000 in repairs which were entirely unnecessary, weren't safety issues, and had no basis in any building codes. I completed the repairs myself so the seller wouldn't tell us to go pound sand. The underwriters were just as bad. After over two months from a signed purchase agreement to closing, they dropped the ball two days before closing telling us we needed verification of occupancy requirements for a VA IRRRL. Anyone capable of reading the VA's guidelines for IRRRLs will tell you there are no occupancy requirements. How this escaped them I do not know. Veterans United would be doing a major dis-service to a veteran buyer in a market like California where sellers hold all the cards. The housing shortage is bad enough across most of the country that the decision to go with Veterans United could cost someone the opportunity for their dream home. I hope you guys can fix these issues.

Excellent service and recommendations. Would advise anyone this service buy and listen to them!,,,,,

Buying with Veterans United was a great choice, as first time home buyers the steam made the process easy and had no problems explaining questions we had, no matter how miniscule. We want to thank the team, and Veterans United. 100/10 service!

A special shout out to Haley Patterson for all the guidance through this process. She's the best!!!

Overall I am extremely satisfied with VU with the team I worked with and the effort of each one!!

My biggest issue was the need for all the superfluous documentation needed to get pre-approved. Especially if that documentation needs to come from military leadership that doesn't give a damn about you because I am getting out. Using the chain of leadership to communicate anything is impossible without jumping that said chain and hurting egos. Honestly the worst part is that I needed a leave statement and a statement from the company that singed up for a government program that said they wouldn't frie me after the program. The whole point of the program is to secure stable permanent employment. This delayed my closing causing the sellers and myself significant stress during the holidays.
