You guys at VU were east to work with and patient with me through all of the ups and downs we experienced through this process and outside of the understandable fluctuations in the closing disclosures that are out of your control, I have nothing but good experience to report on. It needed a second chance and Veteran United answered that call. My Loan Team were exceptional and keep me posted of any updates to the loan process. I must say that Failure is not an option. They will surely get you to the finish line. However, be prepared to quickly submit any pieces of information needed to move your loan forward. Don’t worry, they will review your information and make sure they submit that information to get your loan approve by the underwriter.
