I had some reservations about using a national sized company for the home loan process, but was quite surprised. This is our third home and the first time using Veterans United, and we are extremely happy. Even with the need for documents, clarifications, scheduling and all the other things ha that go into buying a house, the team we worked with blew us away. Everything was streamlined, providing docs and getting updates was very easy. This was, by far, the best experience we’ve had when buying a home.
This was my first time getting a mortgage loan and I am so glad I went this route with veterans United the support team I had was excellent. They were very supportive in figuring out the right path to take to get the task complete to close on my house. They definitely helped to make the loan process alot less stressful than it could of been. Communication was great I loved the fact any time I called I could get ahold of someone on my team weather it was off hours or weekends.

I hade to jump through to many hopes to get all done just because the underwriter thought I was a dead bet dad. This is uneunacceptable and uncalled for.
Great experience all around. The only critique I would have was with the title company and the loan coordinator Josh. Sometimes information wasn’t passed on and led to last minute request at the end of a time line. However even with that, we were able to close on time so from Josh to Brian to briana I’m grateful for there hard work and would highly recommend veterans United to any of my brothers and sisters in arms looking for there new home
