Patrick and the team stayed on top of everything and made the whole process very easy. They told me exactly what paperwork they needed, and made it easy to upload to their secured website. They communicated at every turn, and Patrick (especially) was patient with all my stupid questions and allaying my fears. He and his whole team were absolutely outstanding. VU is amazing. I would love to make a video and tell my story. With VU the credit score is not a death sentence it is someone's life story and they actually listen to your story. Unlike other lenders that judged my credit score on the spot, VU wants to know how and why you have such a score and what would you have done better. This is perfect for people like me who went through unfortunate things in life and just trying to seek a second chance. I would give 100 stars if I could :)
