Think the only thing that was not dead on was expectations for written deliverables, every experience will be different but I had submitted something in written form several times until it was "accepted " by the underwriting etc, after a quick call to Lindsey the misunderstanding was taken care of with a verbal understanding of the situation and the expectations. Otherwise everything was pretty spot on A+

I would like to thank everyone who helped me with this project! I had a lot of questions and I was on a very strict budget and they all made it happen!
When I started looking for a mortgage team, I went with my previous loan provider, Freedom Mortgage. The loan officer did not seem to have a sense of urgency and was not readily available to reach out to to keep the process quick. I switched to Veterans United and the moment I submitted my application (around midnight!) I received a call to get started and everything went super fast and I was able to be in contact with Trish at any time without issue!
