The whole team was outstanding - as a first time home buyer, I was a little overwhelmed at the beginning, but the Veterans United team kept me up to date constantly and walked me through every step - I felt like I was genuinely being taken care of by family, and they always had time for me and my concerns. The loan teams have proven themselves experts in both knowledge and understanding each time, with quick responses to any questions and addressing all concerns. Their website also provides videos and articles that give you a heads-up of what will take place and a timeline of each step. I'm not one to recommend a company based on standard practice, but have been blown away each time with Veterans United and have recommended them to a number of friends, family, and fellow veterans and will continue to do so in the future.

The veterans united team nadethi gs very easy to understand. Everything was fairly straightforward. This was a good experience for me.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend as it seemed that this company made is so difficult and created so much red tape. After speaking with others who used Veteran United, they didn't have this much difficulty. I thought things were suppose to be a little easier for Veterans and more help provided but it seemed that I got more red tape and issues which was not helpful at all.

Even with a less than good credit, Veterans United will help you build up your credit to meet the loan requirements. I recommend every veteran to go with veterans united because will help you to get to your goals.
