The loan team was always there for me and answered every question I had. Justin Colley was very easy to work with.
A few instances of missed communication with the loan coordinator, with documents provided multiple times by either me or the title company that were missed and therefore created delays. Could be better communication, but otherwise a great experience.
Be prepared for a lot of steps... and remember to be patient. A lot of things about the process may not make sense, but once you reach the end you'll be able to see what those were about. Check your email often - throughout the day - and respond to things from them as quickly as you can to help keep everything running as smoothly as possible.Don't go crazy buying stuff for the new house until AFTER you've closed and gotten everything connected, hooked up and paid for - the power, water, etc. Remember, things can fall through on you until after everything is signed at closing.

Oh my goodness we did not expect the paperwork process and buying process to go as easy as it did with your team. They were quick to respond and notify us when things were needed additionally and the portal was so easy to use to upload the documentations. They were also very responsive if we had questions or needed more information with where we were at with the process as we went through it and worked so hard to help us get into our new home!
