Veteran's United was great! Justin and Shane helped us build up our packet and set our expectations early. It got a bit rough towards the end as we waited for everything to fall into place and were unsure about the next steps and timeline, but they ultimately came through and clarified everything. They also stayed connected with us and continued to answer our questions quickly, even after the process was completed!
