the people at VU were great but as soon as I got my approval letter, I was bombarded with calls from companies that wanted me to refinance my (then) current mortgage. Then I realized that VU share's my data with 3rd party companies and that pissed me off.
They really worked well in keeping me informed and helping me with the whole process making them available to show me a house even after I got off work friendly service.
