This has been such a great experience. I am 56yr old and never saw myself as a homeowner, Veterans United helped me to make a dream come true. This entire team took very good care of me and helped me understand exactly where I was in the process at all times. Their portal online is user friendly, therefore every time I had something on my to-do list, I would get an email. I highly recommend using Veterans United for your home buying needs.
I cant even leave a -10 because every single thing about my transaction was a literal nightmare, closing was postponed 4x, told one thing and then another back to back, had to wait on so many people to be out of office, team had a terrible attitude when the issues were THEIR fault, and then left out important information about closing costs that caused the sellers to get into a heated argument with us AT CLOSING over how terrible the experience has been. they turned something that should have been the best moment of my life into THE WORST experience ever.

Veterans United is absolutely amazing. This is our second time buying a home with them and it makes it a breeze. From finding relators, to our amazing loan officer Matt, to all the inbetween we don’t even get nervous. They take care of it all even being so far away from our new home. Even when it came to being in contact with Mat he would personally call us to make sure all our questions were answered, type up any estimated numbers we may need to see etc. 10/10 the best.
