I started the process with 40+ days to closing and voiced I wanted to have the approval done ahead of time so I wasn't dealing with anything the last couple weeks. Instead they drug their feet. The biggest issue is you make people lock into a rate even if rates drop. That's why the company is rated lower than the people.

I began by reading the online reviews, leary of self preservation with false reviews. From the moment someone picked up the phone until closing they have been with me! The knowledge, professionalism and genuine customer service with this company is so very rare these days. When I received the clear to close it felt like I should have bought us all a 6 pack. That is how often and closely this team worked with me! You absolutely will not be disappointed!
Over the past 2 1/2 years I’ve been working with Veterans United to get a home loan and get into my first house. The loan part was quick and easy, and Veteran’s United also made closing on a house simple and quick. The long part was the massive shift in the housing market and personal life changes, to be ready to get in a home. The loan team worked very patiently with me on that, they were always understanding and helpful. When the time finally came where I decided to buy, they made the process easy and I couldn’t be happier. Now I’m a first time homeowner and it really is thanks to the loan team for doing the heavy lifting for me.

Veterans United was recommend to us by our daughter (Air National Guard) and son-in-law (Active duty Air Force) who had just recently purchased a home as well. Jodi was always available and responsive to any questions and keeping with the long checklist of all tasks to be completed.
