Donnie and Lynn went above and beyond anything we could’ve expected out of the loan process. They were incredibly patient helping explain things that my elderly parents needed deeper explanation in time to understand. They went out of their way to accommodate, helping us due to technological constraints, and they were kind, professional and extremely punctual throughout the entire process. I personally have closed on six different homes in my lifetime and was involved helping my parents close onto two of their home loans so they could understand some of the process and technology and my interactions with Donnie and LYNN we’re far and above anything I have ever experienced from a customer service perspective and acknowledge perspective from any other lender that we have ever used in the last 18 years. Veterans United will be the anchor - the rock - that maintains your excitement in buying a home. Home buying, to me, was an experience that could have been ripped from the script of Dante's Inferno, somewhere near Limbo. There was so much uncertainty, but Veterans United personnel, like Chad, Ryan, and others which were equally helpful, assured me that the train was on the tracks, and headed in the right direction. Heaping praise on them is nice, but what is truly important is to know that they are highly trained, and very good at their jobs! Trusting them is all that I needed to do in order for the weight of the experience to be lifted from my shoulders, and for joy to be the dominate force.When Veterans United pairs you with a professional, that person is there to serve veterans like like you, me, and in at least one case, their selves. Austin, Matt, and Victoria were genuinely a pleasure to work with and made this process as simple and as smooth as possible. As a first time home buyer, and being military, this team went above and beyond anything I could have asked or even dreamed for. Their knowledge was top tier and their responsiveness was lightening fast. If you’re looking for someone to get everything taken care of promptly, keep you informed during the process, and tell you step by step what it is that is needed from you, they are the rock stars you’re looking for. Between getting a quick closing, getting the closing date changed, and everything in between, all of them really blew me away in making the home buying process easy and as stress free as possible.
