You fought for me as I shopped around, but ultimately, it felt correct to show that loyalty to Veterans United (for sticking with me for throughout the months (year?)). You were admittedly not the "cheapest" offer, but big picture: the quality of service must be factored in, and that is clearly something you all have (quality). You stuck with Us, and that is something that counts for so much. I am not the easiest client to have (very annoying and full of questions), so here's to having survived putting up with me, haha. I apologize that it's taken so long to leave this feedback, but "better late than never," as they say. :)
My process was quite complicated and often disappointing, lacking organization and communication. I was told one thing, only to be told something completely different. Overall, this process should have been smoother.

Veterans United will be the anchor - the rock - that maintains your excitement in buying a home. Home buying, to me, was an experience that could have been ripped from the script of Dante's Inferno, somewhere near Limbo. There was so much uncertainty, but Veterans United personnel, like Chad, Ryan, and others which were equally helpful, assured me that the train was on the tracks, and headed in the right direction. Heaping praise on them is nice, but what is truly important is to know that they are highly trained, and very good at their jobs! Trusting them is all that I needed to do in order for the weight of the experience to be lifted from my shoulders, and for joy to be the dominate force.When Veterans United pairs you with a professional, that person is there to serve veterans like like you, me, and in at least one case, their selves. I am currently moving in to my new home, thanks to Veterans United and their team. A special thank you to my realtor, Ceci Bonneckson as well.

Josh and his team made the entire home buying experience easy. I appreciated all the help I was given and how accessible everyone was anytime I had a question.
We loved working with Aslyn and Charlie. They were byfar the most useful individuals. However, when these two were unavailable someone else filled in who did not have an communication skills. If it wasnt for Ashlyn and Charlie, things would have been different.
This is the second time I used Veterans United to buy a house and it was the best decision I made...twice. The whole team was helpful, communication was amazing, and the whole process was stress free. Thank you, Veterans, United for taking the stress out of home Buying.
My experience was uneventful, which is just the way I like for things to be in my life. I felt good & secure the whole way through the process. Have not a thing bad to say.
