Kyle Kroll was attentive and responsive once it was understood that we value personal interaction and not just an interminable and frustrating task list. In spite of the things that frustrated us and the 4 months it took to refinance, Veterans United did what they said they could and we never felt manipulated or mistreated. Would likely recommend but would definitely let others know what to expect.
They do a Wonderful job of holding your hand and getting things done in timely manner.

Be sure to keep your loan officer updated because that person is a major part of your team. Their goal is to get you approved. I don't think I could have asked for a better team. I was so thrilled with the whole experience. I have purchased a home in the past and refinanced a few times but the process with VA was by far our best experience. I will not hesitate to reach out to Brianna in the future if we purchase another home or refi. She and her team were a joy to work with.
