Juan Bonilla and Aaron were there for my wife and I and never gave up hope that Gemma and I would close on a house. Even after 3 cancelled contracts for various reasons they stuck with us. Mr. Bonilla always gave clear and percise guidance on any required documentation needed. Superb person and a True Pro at his job. Aaron is like a brother to Gemma and I and never wavered. Even though we took awhile to get our house I could always count on Aaron for a laugh and encouragement. Alex our real estate agent was fantastic, even after putting over a couple thousand miles on his car as we visited over 30 houses. Always answering his phone no matter what time we called. We consider Alex as a member of our family. A fine Ammerican with a heart of gold. A truly great team and staff at Veterans United. Loved the guys in the Credit Department, Great group made fixing my credit from a mid 500s to over 620 to secure the loan, was able to walk me thru what to do and how to do it the best way, able to raise my credit where it needed to be. 70 points in 3 months great group to work with..(using some things they taught my Credit is still going up!) did it hurt financially for a bit around the house cleaning and fixing my bad credit mistakes up? YES! but hey the new house for me and my family is well worth the short period of Ramen! Thank you EVERYONE at VETERANS UNITED.
