This entire process from a to z had been amazing, it honestly felt like I had a team dedicated to just my family and I. Constant check ins, updates, and even just random "Hi, how was your weekend? Best home buying experience ever had. Except closing was a mess, with funding delays and 5 different closing disclosures.
Overall experience was smooth. I wish that the interest rate changes from pre approval to contract was explained a little better. I feel that that is very important as the small change in interest rate was a big change in monthly payment. Other than that I was happy with the service.
"unfiltered review"? Oh man this is going to be fun. If you are looking to use your VA Loan, than look no further. Veterans United is the place to be. Now don't get discouraged if you are prior Navy or Air Force. I know our expectations are always higher than the Army or Marines, since we are the smarter branches out of them. But if you get a Marine as your loan officer like i did, give him a chance. Scott actually didn't eat crayons the whole time.But on a serious note. You can't go wrong. My entire team was there when I needed them and answered all my questions. At one point they even answered my questions before I even asked the question. So it made things a whole lot easier. At the end we changed the name of my team....Team Big Mike.
