The entire process was so easy and smooth all the way up to my closing. File uploading process was simple and easy and the DocuSign was fast secure and easy as well. To be approved for my loan, I was required to pay all my loans with the proceeds from my house sale. Once I did this, the title company did not handle the task very well and not only did I have to wait over a week for the payoff to happen, but four out of the five loans I had to make payments on as a payment came due while I waited on the payoff to occur. This was not an expense I was expecting during this process as I gave the title company what was needed for paying off these loans.. I understand this was not the fault of my VU team and they went to bat for me with the title company that was chosen. If I decide to buy another home, I will use them again however I will not be using the same title company again.
The process was very easily, & done in a timely manner! I’m so excited to be in my new home!
