I went into the home buying process blind about everything but Veterans United and our loan officer Stephanie went above and beyond!!!! My wife and I couldn’t of asked for a better person or company to help us out. Took a month and boom, new house ready. Thank you so much again!
Starting this process a few years ago , I thought I was ready. Turns out I wasn’t. However , when returning to start again , there wasn’t any resentment or pressure from my team to hurry and place me in a home. Communication was precise and very thoroughly laid out. Any questions I had was met with a swift answer. They really had my best interest at heart very step of the way.
3rd Times the charm :) After 3 home offers and acceptances in less then a 5 month time frame and everi ncreasing interest rates..., 1st fell through after inspection, 2nd fell through days before closing, then #3 went just as smooth as possible...lol. So much so, I didn't say anything to anyone till I had the keys in my hands because I was "gunshy". But, through out the ENTIRE process Matt and Drew were ever so encouraging. And would humor this old military southern lady's fussn (and at times...cussn). Those poor boys earned their keep and my most sincere thanks and appreciation for sticking with me. I'm ever so grateful.
We definitely will recommend working with this team. They were all so helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. They really took care of everything! We are so appreciative of Cooper and his team.
I appreciate the assistance Veterans United gave during this endeavor.
The only thing that I was concerned with was the times I was not able to get Bo or others for days. I would leave messages but no response.

With all the ups and downs from the seller Molly and the team made the process easy. Whenever there was a problem we never had to wait someone always responded and helped us fix it or get answers.
This company does not have the veterans best interest and should not have veterans in there name at all because they did not take care of me

Our Loan Officer Terri Behrens was absolutely the best. She was so personal, highly knowledgeable, and very professional. Terri and her team really did an outstanding job in every step of our Loan.
