We were first time home buyers and were building our first home, so we were nervous about what to expect. They did everything so fast to get us in our home by closing day and Christmas!! The beginning was great. Everything moves so quickly but towards the end, my team lost all contact with me for 2 to 3 weeks. I left messages emails. They said my file got erased and they had no way to contact me the date of closing, but still documents also weren’t filled out properly, the ones that were filled out we weren’t 100% accurate and it made it a complete mess. Very stressful towards the end and closing day
