Sarah and jaclyn were both very helpful as well. Jaclyn was able to handle some things behind the scene without further asks from myself when a company messed up paperwork that was needed for approval. Example was the process with the termite and wood destroying insect report, Terminix never sent an invoice for the work performed and improperly filled out the wood destroying index form. She was able to track down the parties responsible for both at Terminix and rectify the situation.

Just like everyone else, she played an integral role in my VERY satisfying experience. You all have a great group of employees covering all aspects of the process who really stand out from the rest.

Veterans United is the ultimate in professionalism. I am blown away at how their systems coordinate to make the home buying process so simple. I was curious about a VA loan when my credit score got decent. I called Veterans United and they said I needed to establish some credit. I took out a secured credit card. 3 months later VU called and said my credit score had populated and I could now pre-qualify. From prequalification to home owner in 43 days! Unbeilievable! I am blown away. I don't know how VU does it, but their people made me feel important and appreciated while performing their jobs extremely efficiently. The very best in business!
