I loved Andy and Ella, frankly if we could remove the last 3 days of the home buying process this would have been a 5 star review. That said the last 3 days and the utter crap I was put through to close my loan was the worst experience of my life, I feel like the entire process leading up to that is now tainted. How can you give clear to close two weeks before closing and then the day before closing create a nightmare like you did. The day of closing instead of being the happiest day of my life was a complete nightmare, 7 hours at the closing table with my movers packing my old home up not knowing if this was even going to happen. You left me begging for help and feeling lost and alone with the people I had grown to trust not even returning my calls. So you ask if I would tell someone to use veterans United??? I would stay you can’t trust what seems like a flawless process not to unravel at the 11th hour and become a nightmare. No one should be put through what I experienced.

The team at VU made the home buying process a breeze. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about what to expect. Out VU team quickly made us feel confident and were patient and responsive throughout. They even managed to get us a refund at closing. Highly recommend! Everyone was very helpful the whole time

The entire team at Veterans united deserve 11 out of 10 stars for always going above and beyond for me . My Loan officer Candy was with me every step of the way easing my fears, and was always available within minutes if I had a question. It was very evident that Candy was a perfect fit for her job and enjoyed helping Veterans!! The entire process was made very easy and convenient with the website and text messaging!! I was a first time Homebuyer, trying to purchase a House at my next duty station. Hoping that I would get a very helpful and professional to make me understand the process. Matt Landis was my loan officer during the process. During the last week of me trying to close the house. He lacked the professionalism of trying to help and being impatient at times. I had questions and he was kinda being rude with the way he answered. He had appointment that one day and said he had five mins to talk. While I was talking he said he had four mins. So I told him just go to to your appointment. He was showing that he was annoyed of me asking questions. There were times I would text him to call me and wont receive a call. He felt confident that we were going to close and didnt feel the need to help. This is a very bad experience that I had to go through and don't want anyone else to be in this situation again.
