My home buying experience with this great team at Veterans United was outstanding! The whole process from the beginning to the close was seamless and stress-free. I would gladly work with them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family for sure!

I would recommend that you all give all information to the sellers before focusing on gaining revenue. As a veteran that went to war should be able to be treated with dignity and have the correct process done when purchasing a home. A house should be having mold issues & etc. when a vet call to seek help, you all should help to assist them in every way.

I was a little nervous, well really very nervous about buying a home! Plus, buying home over 1500 miles from where we were currently living without ever walking into the house!
Tim and everyone we worked with through Veterans United made the process easy and less stressful. I loved being able to “sign” everything online!! The only in person signing was at closing. They even managed to get V.A. To straighten out my personal info that I have been trying to get done for many years!!!! I would recommend Tim and his entire crew to all veterans trying to buy a home.

Veterans United need to be very clear about what bonus customers get for using more than one service with them. I was told by VU reps I will get $1000 bonus at closing and when closing came, they said my bonus was a reduction rate on mortgage to match my estimate from NavFed was my bonus. I refered many people before this happened to Veterans United, but after making my homebuying experience so sour with the bonus miscommunication, I will never refer VU to anyone ever again!
