Sara was the person I had the most contact with. This is our retirement home. Sara did most of the work for me. With out her, I would have been in a panic thru most of the process. I really appreciate all of her and the rest of the teams help.

By all means I recommend that all potential buyers of real estate have a home inspection by a qualified inspector prior to making a final purchase decision. We made offers to purchase on five different homes and had inspections on all of them,. Most of the homes "looked" okay on the short walk-through but four of the five had problems that we could not, or would not accept or deal with. There were serious deficiencies; many with safety issues. The last one which we purchased also had some issues, but the seller either agreed to correct or were minor maintenance issues we could deal with.
First and foremost Thank you to everyone that helped us along the way. As a first time home buyer it was a huge learning experience for us. From finding the right agent to closing on a home, our Veterans United Team was great! They were patient and knowledgeable and were able to give use clarity when we had questions.
Overall VU is awesome. Communication was my biggest issue. At times neither myself or my realtor could have gotten a hold of my team. Outside of that I had a great experience.
