Overall I was beyond impressed with the whole process a huge shout out to Casey Regan with really working with me closely. A massive shout out to Vickie Bell as well, her surprised gift I received was beyond thoughtful and she was very eager to help me with anything and everything. Overall for the whole team that helped it was absolutely an amazing and stress free experience.
It sucks that the rating only goes to 10. A 25 would be more accurate. Moving from overseas was already stressful enough and you guys made buying a home while juggling everything else just the easiest part of my move.
This was my first home buying experience. Steph and team made this a pretty smooth process for me. I could see where it would have been more overwhelming, but they took care of me throughout the process.I would, and will, definitely recommend Steph and Veterans United to friends and family.
My home feels like a home the moment I walked in. Veterans united really prepared me for move in with a checklist that was easy to follow and explained specific pieces that may be foreign to new home owners such as myself. I was sent a package containing a blanket that had my name embroidered on it and cried my eyes out, because at that moment it felt real! Overall the experience was great. The process was lengthy but straightforward and easy enough to handle. Anytime I had a question for Adam or someone on his team they were quick to answer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adam or VU to anyone searching for a home loan.I did kind of shake my head at a couple of small information requests from the web portal (eg. explaining a less than $200 payment) but, honestly, it’s probably a good thing to ensure qualified people get the accurate loan. And if that was my biggest gripe…obviously everything went well.
