I'm 89 yrs and most people are condescending jerks when I inform them I don't have a computer don't have a printer and cannot "simply print sign and send back", my son helps me with online items. I'm in Florida and he is in Michigan... people need to meet customers where they are with computers and phones and stop making the assumption that everyone is as current as they are This experience hasn't been fun with people talking to me like I'm stupid,

Everyone I worked with was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process.
The team did a wonderful job in helping us and was there for us during the whole process. There were numerous people on our side to make sure we found the home we wanted and wanted to be in. The process of communicating through email, text messaging, and calling was very effective. I loved how the team was in a group message and when I had a concern, I could message the team and get an answer without having to wait on one person. Veterans United made this an enjoyable experience and took the load of all the back end work off of my spouse and I so that we could concentrate on finding the home that best suited our needs.
