Veterans united is the only agency I have ever worked with, the whole team was there any time I had a question. They really do work hard for veterans, and it was an amazing but sometimes hectic experience. However we are now in our new home, and it wouldn't have been possible without an amazing team. Again thank you all.
We were working with another company before and in the time it took them to not approve us VU approved us helped us find a home and clear to close. Just hrs after calling I had a pre approval letter for exactly how much I needed and a whole team of people there to help. They did almost everything for us. The process so was unbelievably easy. I’ll always recommend them to all of the soldiers I’ve lead
I believe you guys have an amazing system, if not the best Veteran loan services. I really love the whole set up from the website to the myveteranunited app. It's felt like a roamap with traffic signs that guide and lead you along the home buying process. Your system is very user friendly.

This was my first time buying a home. After hearing all the horror stories of all the "hidden fees" and that it could take "several months to close", the team at Veterans United definitely changed my mind. Dare I say, made my friends jealous that they did not have as good of an experience as I did.

After my fabulous experience with my loan officer, Nathan Bitner, I would advise other home buyers to ensure their loan officer listens to them, remains in contact with them, and works seamlessly. It was great working with a team that knows what we experience as veterans and how to help us through the process.
