


Worst experience ever with Veteran United. Unprofessional communication. I asked 3+ times to switch loan officers and they refused. Customer advocate was rude and hung up on me when I called to ask for service. I had to escalate to a supervisor and move all communication to email due to the repeated issues with the loan officer.
