Matt and the team at Veterans United made our first home purchase very smooth. There was constant communication about the process from pre-approval, through shopping and to closing. Overall the experience was great. The process was lengthy but straightforward and easy enough to handle. Anytime I had a question for Adam or someone on his team they were quick to answer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adam or VU to anyone searching for a home loan.I did kind of shake my head at a couple of small information requests from the web portal (eg. explaining a less than $200 payment) but, honestly, it’s probably a good thing to ensure qualified people get the accurate loan. And if that was my biggest gripe…obviously everything went well.
