We went back and forth with lenders for 20 months trying to get the loan on our beautiful house! Jumping through hoops at every turn and it never being enough :-( my husband is a Marine so we tried veterans United and we're so glad we did! We do hope to buy another home in the future and we will definitely go with veterans United! I really felt like they paid Steve back for his service :-)
My loan team was great and did an excellent job communicating with me and answering all my questions. My loan application was processed in a timely manner and I closed my home purchase as scheduled with no issues. App interface and website was very easy to use and navigate. The Veterans United website contained a lot of informative educational information and video lessons for a first time homebuyer.
The team I was given to do my loan was amazing and I would highly recommend them to people I know.

Way way too long. Watched 4 people start buying, 1 using VA through a traditional bank, and all 4 were about 3 weeks faster. I started out super excited about the house and ended not caring whether I got it or not
