Veterans United Home Loans came alongside me at a critical point in my life, and helped me arrive at a better place just when I needed that to happen. I, and my precious little cats, now have a home of our own, where freedom will reign there in living large, with no landlord ever again looking over my shoulder to approve or disapprove any aspect of my, and my little cats’, lives. Let freedom ring!
Thankful for my team, even with the few set backs with third parties they worked hard to get answers and get things done. I need to send out photos to them of the sweet pet package they sent, which my girls loved, but overall very helpful and glad they were there with support.
Again the team is ourstanding they understand how go make a loan happen.
I love working with JB and the team. They always are on top of things and making sure you understand the process. I will only be doing future business with them if possible.
I didn't like the process for this loan. Very redundant with requesting documentation. Ryan made the process tolerable, though.

I've always heard good things about Veterans United. So I gave it a shot and honestly was not disappointed! Highly recommend, especially if it's yours first time getting a home loan!
Smooth process from start to finish!
A transcript of phone calls signed by buyer and loan specialists after each phone call in the myvu app would make it so that anything discussed couldn't be changed later and your buyers won't feel like they're being jerked around. And your algorithm for home owners insurance needs to be fixed. A $250,000 home that's 2018 sq ft is never going to be able to be covered for $75 a month.
