Blake Crutchfield and his team were great! They made the process smooth and easy even when a hurricane was headed our way. We ended up changing a few things last minute and they were able to get the paperwork back in plenty of time for our signing acting like it was a walk in the park. They were rock stars, no question was considered too simple they answered them all and were always quick to respond.
I don't have the words to say how overwhelmingly thankful we are for the professionals at Veterans United. It made what was a terrifying and unpredictable process feel like a walk in the park. We will forever be grateful to VU for bringing us home.
I must say this was a great experience. I have already shared with others what a great company you all are. I hope everyone there is like Tim and his team.

Overall, Ross and his team made this a very successful buying experience. I came into the situation rather involuntarily, being forced to put my home on the market due to separation - so rather than say it was a "pleasant" experience, I'll say what means much more to me - that it was all incredibly SUCCESSFUL. Not only was everyone on the team communicative, friendly, and helpful, but they helped me to navigate through what has become a very arduous and formidable process - buying a home. MANY THANKS!
Let’s just say I looked at reviews before deciding on Veterans United and the name I saw over and over was Montgomery. Maybe luck of the draw but that’s who I ended up with to walk me through everything! He’s super personable very responsive to me and my realtor, which is HUGE considering how hot the market (is/was) when I started my journey. The selling realtor should have left a review for me because they were in awe at how smooth our transaction went and that was certainly not my doing. Seriously consider this an option whether you are looking to buy today or in the future, you won’t be left behind.

The Cons—-The agent was friendly, polite and courteous despite unavoidable distractions as some points were missed. Not always available for a transaction, showing or conversation.
More communication was had between us and the loan agent and her team than we were able to have with our agent which mostly occurred in the beginning of the transactions.
Luckily there was some availability for messaging but it removes the person to person contact leaving some questions unanswered and unaddressed without a timely response. We ended up without all the needed keys to the house, garage opener and any security information. We had to ask for the security code to get in the front door after closing.
Property ended up in disarray due to lack of maintenance and upkeep but the sellers but was neither enforced nor adhered to.The Pros—Although we’ve only been able to see a few homes with the limited time we were allowed, we still found ourselves satisfied with this home and most of the final closing results.
We were still able to establish our residence with the limited resources we had and our agent was able to secure an office of his own which will hopefully help him to thrive in real-estate.
The whole experience of working with veterans United home Loans was a truly satisfying experience. We were guided through each step of the way on a daily basis. It can be very overwhelming when purchasing a home……we felt comfortable and secure in working with this team.
