From the start the Veteran United Team I was placed with has had my back the entire process. Communication and detailed plans to ensure I transitioned into a home was not stressful. It was educational and put into terms that were understandable. There were times when documents were looked over 3 times to ensure they were correct as well as ensuring I was getting the best deal for my home. Twice the rating was dropped which made the wait worth it. After a month of anticipation and family/friends encouragement, was finally able to have my home, just in time for Christmas, which made this even more special!!
