I would have to say that Taylor Deppe was amazing and the main reason for us to go with veterans united but once Amanda got envolved with the process it was definitely a turn for the worse, not answering phone-calls or emails and the emails we receive took hours to get a reply back. Communication was a struggle in the last end of the process.
Veterans United has made my first home buying experience amazing. They made it work even though I was deployed. Helping me every step of the way from application to move in! Thank you so much for guiding me to a successful home purchase!

Overall, my experience with Veterans United went well. We ran into some issues at the end of the process, but Dan and his team was very accommodating, transparent, and provided great customer service and communication. I would use this company again.

I was very skeptical in the beginning as the pre-approval process was too easy. I also had outside influences telling me beware you’re not going to be approved a few days before closing as she has seen this before. I kept my guard up. That was my mistake! Matt and his team worked hard to get me approved and closed on time. Outstanding service! My realtor was skeptical with using an out of state lender, he too will be recommended Veterans United to all of his military buyers. Thank you!
