With this being my first home, the process was horrible. There was a lack of communication through the whole process. My opinion and goals were overlooked. And when I expressed concern it was shrugged off. My closing was horrible, due to the miscommunication and the team dropping the ball I was unable to have my children available to witness me but our first home.
