I think there was more than one application started. I think I answered questions multiple times. I was easily confused and sidetracked. I almost gave up on you. I think you need to work on your program. You work on it every day and understand what is happening, I work on it once in a lifetime and was confused much of the time.

Veterans united did a wonderful job. The team had countless revisions due to the seller discovering the need to probate the sale of the house. This caused a drastically higher interest rate than if the initial closing date had been reached. Having the ability to lock in at time of initial quote and not having to replace it with a fresh one would have been nice. But, I understood why it happened. Don't mean I have to like it. Inconsistent timelines amd disclosures. Had my agent blaming the lender and lender blaming the appraiser. Pretty stressful with a baby on the way, working out of state, and trying to buy a house. May have been better to go with a local bank, but we're finally closed and moving in so no turning back now. Additionally, not impressed with celebrity advertisements, but still a better experience than USAA.
