The overall experience I had with Veterans United left me more than satisfied but also greatful. I cannot say enough about Veterans United. My team put me in contact with a great realtor and they worked as a team to make sure everything went smoothly for me. I know that a lot was done behind the scenes that I may not understand, and I appreciate Tom and Kyle keeping everything simple, while providing me with the information necessary to make decisions. I'd highly recommend everyone I worked with to close on my home, from Tom and Kyle at Veterans United, to Phyllis, my realtor.


Veterans United was an easy decision to go with, however they need to review their app and the functionality of the app. Several times throughout the process I would get email notification that there was an item in my to do list but when I opened up the the To-Do-List there was nothing for me to update or review. This caused numerous delays in the process. Also, it would benefit future customers if VU had all documents posted in the To-Do-List that was required from start to finish. Again I was having to upload documents every week. This also caused multiple delays, because Sam wouldn't be able to move forward with the underwriting because they were waiting on another document. Also I was way more involved in retrieving certain documents and facilitating communication between VU, the insurance company and the , title company than I ever been with any other refinance. From start to finish the process took almost two months. Most refis are done within two to three weeks. Other than the delays and hiccups with the app not updating as it should, I am happy we stayed with VU. There were times I heavily considered going with another company however due to Samantha Grahams hard work and keeping me updated I decided to stick with VU. Thank you again Sam.

The team, Merrie Ellis, Mike Keith, and Adriana Oms were so helpful. They were always ready to answer questions, work their magic efficiently, and kept things running so smoothly. I appreciate all of their hard work.

Everyone on my team did a fantastic job working with me on this home purchase. Austin and my realtor dealt with a lot of delays, from a delay caused by me un-retiring and returning to work, to a delay caused by damage from hurricane Milton. They were great in dealing with all of these and acted in a very professional manner throughout.
