Overall, the this experience definitely gave a home-run hit. Everyone was responsive and quick to make sure we were able to close on time. I'm not easily impressed; I was impressed with VU. I've personally purchased several properties requiring mortgages as well as working with mortgage companies with my real estate clients (I was a realtor) over the years. VU superseded all those companies with their excellent customer service. I would recommend any veteran looking to buy property contact VU. They even have resources in place to help those with the desire to purchase, but aren't quite ready yet, due to credit issues. You can expect to experience a smooth transaction. VU is the best.
I highly recommend Stephen Erickson to work with for your home financing. He always goes the extra mile for his clients and will keep you updated on the finance process. He is very friendly and genuine. My recommendation: Go with Stephen, you won’t be disappointed.
You should give prospective home buyers a detailed list of minimum purchase requirements at the outset of the home buying process. We were caught off guard by the work we needed to get done and wound up closing late because of it.
