Very excited about closing on my new Lake home. That being said, I’m inclined to rate VU team with a 10. In this case however, they were truly great in every respect from my questions and helping me to understand my options moving forward through the process. I asked for a fairly quick closing and they made it happen. When you don’t understand the complexities and process in purchasing a new home, it takes a dedicated team of professionals like Veterans United to make it happen for this very happy veteran. I was a bit hesitant to go with this company for my VA loan. I originally was going to go with USAA, however due to their insistence to prolong the process and how they held off on setting up my VA appraisal after taking my money I rolled the dice and went with Veterans United.
