Had a few twists and turns, during the loan process, a lot of questions regarding VA loan applications and possible VA loan bylaws regarding getting a VA loan while having an existing VA and also learning about an IRRRL loan for Veterans. We received such personal attention every step of the way. We have moved many times and had many home loans and I can honestly say that working with Daniel and his team was like working with friends. They gave us such personal attention. Half way through the process we received a gift in the mail. It was such a pleasant surprise. After moving in and the process was all over we received another gift in the mail. It was so unexpected. I continue to get e-mails to assist me with setting up automatic withdrawal and keep up on line with my account. Veterans United takes a very long tedious process and actually makes it a pleasant experience.

I started last year researching how to refinance my house. I appreciated David because he did not pressure me in the early stages of this refinancing process. I put it off for a few months and I did not get hassled for the delay. I also spoke to Kristy during David's absence and she had such a sweet and gentle voice during my fears of refinancing. I decided than that I did not need to search any further.

The whole process from getting approval to closing on our house was incredibly easy. Working with Veterans United was such a positive experience and helped to put all of our worries as ease. Our Loan Officer was extremely informative and always positive when we spoke. She always went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. Even though we didn't need to, I still watched all of the videos on the VU website about the whole home buying process. I would definitely recommend watching those even if you've bought a house before! I can't imagine using a different loan company. An absolute 5 star experience!!

My overall experience was great unfortunately there was a little bit of confusion within the team of how to handle one closing to another one week apart I had asked the same settlement company to hold the funds and use those funds towards my new purchase simple but there were so many hands in the pie. It felt like one hand didn’t know what the other was doing. Things got a little.
Overall it went really well. The team handled the appraisal adjustment and remote notary without any drama. Anne and Darcy were responsive and got me to closing on time. Would definitely recommend them.
They work well with you to get you set up for the future in your new home. They will walk you through every step of the process and will answer any and all questions you have. I purchased my house after the holidays and before and during the holidays my team of specialist worked hard to make sure I got in my home after the new year!
