They helped me learn an understand the process of buying a home and what went into buying a home. Smoothest process ever and within a little over a month, we got our home. I’m truly thankful.

I found the home buying experience with Veterans United to be very simple. When I had questions they were answered immediately. The market for the home that I purchased was very competitive and required prompt action to make it happen. They were right here every step of the way. I also found their interest rates to be competitive.
The only complaint I have is understanding exactly what the homebuyer is responsible for as far as down payment I was told 5500 and thought oh that’s $5500 actually $5500 means after negotiating $3000 after the seller and paying $2000 earnest money so $5500 is not accurate. It was more like $10,000. that part I wasn’t so happy about.
I recently closed on my home with the help of Veterans United, and overall, it was a great experience. Aaron was outstanding throughout the process—quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. Drew was equally fantastic, providing clear explanations and walking me through each step of the way. His ability to break down the more complex parts of the process was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to navigating underwriting.While I did encounter some challenges with the underwriting department, as I felt they requested information that didn’t seem necessary or clear, Drew went above and beyond to ensure I understood the reasons behind their inquiries. Thanks to his dedication, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into something much more manageable. Even though underwriting was difficult to work with at times, Drew's guidance made it all worthwhile.I highly recommend Veterans United, especially if you have a team like Aaron and Drew on your side!
She had helped this time with Jake and he was great. I was a little impatient at times, but he stuck with me and took care of me the best way he could.

Those concerned about the time frames of a VA loan need not to worry. I know experiences may vary, but my entire process; from getting my pre-approval was 35 days. That is including things that were out of Veterans United's control. Otherwise the timeframes could have possibly been even less. Thank you again Chrystal Franks, her team, and Veterans United.

The entire process on Veterans United part was a well-oiled machine, on the realtor end of it not so much. The problem or question arised many times after leaving a message it took several calls to get through to her. Especially during the closing process. I would not recommend.
