The Veterans United Team took the worst home buying experience I have ever dealt with and turned it into my family’s dream!! Found a place that was up for auction and worked with Veterans United to get pre-approved. Won the auction and then learned the hard way that the seller and auctioneer had not done their due diligence. Problem after problem with title, county and state level issues. As I had no realtor Seth and the team explained everything and allowed me to be my own realtor basically! My teams guidance allowed me to complete and push to get everything done that was required. Had perfect storm of terrible seller, auctioneer and title company and still came out on top!! Thanks for everything and my sincere gratitude!!
