VU stepped in when USAA couldn’t do it. We reached out to see if there were other options and filled out the application online just hoping. My experience with VU was exceptional. As a first time home buyer I had many questions and my loan officer was such a great help. I couldn’t have asked for better service and don’t think I could have made it to closing without the support of my VU team.
