Veterans United from day one and the first phone call I made were great and helpful and interested in us. Treated us with respect and caringness and empathy. They were patient with me when they needed information or documentation from me and were not pushy. When I had a question they had an answer, when I needed them they were there.
We appreciate how simplified the process was, the staff communicated effectively and timely allowing us to get into our first home rapidly.
We were so happy with the service and the team we had. They were wonderful.
I did not enjoy the process. It felt like a do it yourself loan and was difficult for me to follow what was happening although the people involved did try to help I don’t think they understood how basic my knowledge was. I had to do my own research to discover what it was they were requesting. We are not all banking or computer savvy. Very stressful for us. The best part about it is that it is over.Please consider the more senior buyer in the future.

Very good group.this process from loan qualification to close was very orderly and quick. It helped my wife and myself, not have to go live with my son, 3 dogs, 3 rats and 2 cats. Lol.

This is the best home buying experience we have ever had. This team kept me informed every step of the way. They have it all laid out, and send regular communications to us. We never had to guess where our loan was in the process and they got us closed in 18 Days!!!! From the pre-approval to the closing they were there for us, answering any questions (even when we could not decide for sure what state we were going to buy in). The process went very smooth. The only issue was my ability to call Veterans United and speak to those working my loan. It was very difficult especially since I am currently stationed in Japan. With the time difference, it was very difficult to communicate effectively.
