I want to take this time and thank Charlie and his wonderful team. They made the house buying process not only seamless but fun. I had Kristine and she was never in the office..they told us we needed 1000 for closing. Went to closing and had to cut another check..they didn't tell me it was going to be 1450 to close not just 1000.
