Communication was terrible with our loan officer. It would day several days to get a response, whether it was text, email or phone call. Our realtor and title agent also had trouble getting ahold of our loan officer. Once we got Jared to help with the loan, it was better.

Veterans United was an awesome experience. If you are a first time homebuyer this is the way to go. If you are lucky enough to get Katie and her team as your lendors your worries are over.
