Derek and his team made buying my first home with my VA loan a breeze. They basically walked me through the whole process of pre approval to final purchase. They answered any questions I had no matter if on a weekend or evening. Derek was able to move my closing date up a few days to avoid a severe storm forecasted for our area. Nothing but issues!!! Someone dropped the ball and NO ONE would own up to it! Excuses for 10 days; closed late; encountered HUGE expense so we weren’t homeless; had to rearrange delivery of belongings twice from moving company! It was the worst experience of our lives!!!!

Josh was very professional and got me a good interest rate!
They asked for the same paperwork over and over. They asked for paperwork on things that are not relevant and for things I had already turned in. The staff were impatient and treated me like a nuisance.

The only issue I would address is buyer education. Although you have the educational videos I wouldn’t leave it to the buyer to review them. I would make it a requirement on the to do list to review those videos.
Veterans United made my home buying process easy. They were always there to answer any question that I had. They were there for me every step of the way. I was even able to close on my home earlier than anticipated. I highly recommend any veteran that is ready to buy a home or just thinking about buying a home to get in touch with Veterans United. He/she will not regret it.
