Overall a great experience. Did not enjoy when I was passed off to a the Jack guy. Sense of arrogance and made me hate this process even more. When I asked questions, I was given the same instructions that were in the to do list word for word. Hope to never work with him again.
If you are considering buying a home using a VA Loan then give Veterans United a call. They walked us through every step and ensured that we knew what was expected all along the way. I am extremely pleased and grateful to the team members at Veterans United for assisting us in getting our new home. The communication from and with team members was superb, and the ability to provide needed documents directly to our file through the portal was very efficient. I rated a 10: very happy with JB, Jaclyn and Madeline (?) as my team. The process to finalize a VA line is daunting! The approval to qualify was pretty simple. The process to finally get across the finish line was almost too much!

I would highly recommend Veterans United for buying a home. I never thought that I would be able to get a home because people I know talked about how hard it was to purchase a home. From the first phone call to my loan officer to the closing on our home, everything just fell into place because of not just the expertise of my loan officer Fahad Abdul, but his friendly and cordial manner and interest in me as a person made the whole experience a very good one. I never thought that I would be able to own my own home but they made it possible. From finding the best way to get you in a house, to getting the right realtor for you, they are on point. We are celebrating Christmas in a house of our very own thanks to Veterans United!
