In the beginning we had a couple of hiccups, but once we got placed with our loan officer the experience was great! Everyone is super friendly, and if you don’t know the home-buying process, they really make sure you understand how everything works, and exactly what you are signing. We would recommend them to anyone!
I had a great experience from start to finish with VU. To be honest, I had tried using them 5 years ago and I went with another lender back then. However, I’m glad I gave them another chance for this new purchase! I was able to complete almost everything through their app, the POCs were extremely responsive and always willing to call, their rates were competitive with all the big banks, and most importantly they remained flexible with all the ups and downs of home buying.
