I would highly recommend Veterans United for buying a home. I never thought that I would be able to get a home because people I know talked about how hard it was to purchase a home. From the first phone call to my loan officer to the closing on our home, everything just fell into place because of not just the expertise of my loan officer Fahad Abdul, but his friendly and cordial manner and interest in me as a person made the whole experience a very good one. Ha, Ginny and her team are great, and I quote from my realtor, “there is no way they can get a VA loan done quick, it just cannot happen.” Well, it did and Ginny and her team made it happen. What a great group of people. Thanks just does not cover it!!
Great service and helpful but only select people, Steve was more than great however when I was transferred to start working with someone else, the ball dropped, everything took too long and then I started to get ignored to the point where I would call multiply times leave a voice mail and she wouldn’t get back to me until after 4 days. It was disheartening. The amount of miscommunication, bugs in the app, and documents that I had to submit also made the process even more disheartening and frustrating. I still would recommend yes but some effective communication and timeliness would be needed to increase my score

Dustin at Veterans United is basically the MVP of my entire homebuying saga.Listen… the VA loan process had me ready to crawl under a table and live there. But Dustin? Dude swooped in like, “Relax, I got this,” and then actually did have it.He answered my million questions without making me feel like an unhinged raccoon rifling through loan documents. He explained everything in normal human words, kept me updated before my brain even had time to spiral, and somehow made the whole thing feel doable instead of doom-y.Anytime something popped up, he handled it faster than my kids ignore chores. He stayed calm, organized, and on top of every detail while I was over here fighting paperwork like it was a final boss battle.If you want someone who genuinely cares, communicates like a champ, and won’t let you drown in VA loan nonsense, Dustin is your guy. I’d recommend him to literally anyone. Absolute rockstar.
