The team was amazing. They were friendly while maintaining professionalism. My husband and I are first time home owners and they explained things in detail, always available when I had questions, patient, and understanding. Any issue we had, they worked with us.

The first-time home buying experience can seem daunting at first, but they take the reigns for you and want to see you have the dream home you desire. The entire process from finding a home to closing on our dream home took just a couple days longer than a month! For the most part it was a great experience working with Veterans United. Celina and Lindsay were a great team and made sure that everything went smoothly. My one criticism is that the underwriters should ask for all the information up front not piecemeal or there should be at least some notification that they need new information. There were times when I thought I had everything in and then I would get a message from Lindsay saying there's been something in my VU to-do list for days. Other than that great!

The team from Veterans United that helped me out was phenomenal. This was my first home buying process, so I thought it was going to be terribly overwhelming. But it was not even close to overwhelming due to the team that helped me out. They were always there to answer any and all questions that I had and they answered me back in a timely manner.
Ross and Gavin were great throughout the entire home buying process. I cannot express the full scope of help that they gave, all I can say is that they both were great.
