Everything was great. The only exception is the hot water is not working. Had to take a COLD shower.

Very proactive at first once they have your outa sight outa mind. Tired of providing same documentation, We weren’t given a full list of documents that were required so something new was added on a daily basis.

I switch to Veterans United after losing trust in my local lender. Veterans United understands the military and the VA loan process exceptionally well. Initially, I had doubts but that went away quickly and I felt confident in them the whole way through.

When I first checking I was just seeing if I would even qualify, David was excellent ensuring that he verified everything before we looked at our first house. We had a pre approval letter in hand.
