I highly reccommend if you want a home loan buying process that is "High speed, low drag". I would definitely do it again.
5 stars. Quick easy smooth refi . We are very glad we found Veterans United. During our refi we had a death in the family and our loan officer Steven Ross sent us flowers. Wow, what other company would do that.
Everything went very smoothly and I appreciated some of the concierge offerings. The agents and specialists were all very helpful and not worn down. Always able to return a call or answer any questions I had.My only downside was that the underwriting had forgotten to add the transfer tax to the closing costs until literally the last day, adding an additional 50% to my total closing costs which is HUGE. If this were local to Vermont only, I could maybe understand, but this is done in the vast majority (minus 13 states) of the country. The closing costs were very important to me since they were where all my money went!Otherwise, no other problems communicating, getting a hold of anyone, and I dealt with fairly happy people the whole time!

Underwriter almost lost the sale. My experience with him turned the experience upside down on how I viewed the whole process. He was asking for things last minute that should had been addressed a few weeks before closing. Everyone else was great and very kind
