As everyone knows when it comes to reviews they have to be taken with a grain of salt. As for my experience I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for more. The team was very organized and straight to the point. One call out I will tell anyone going through this process is to give them the documentation they ask for asap and the process will go super smooth. The comments that you read about issues that people are having comes down to being prepared. Don’t get me wrong it’s stressful but it will be stressful with any lender. So to recap it took us from start to close I was able to accomplish buying a home in under 30 days and ladies/gents that was also looking at homes and picking the one we wanted. So if reed murray and his team are on your side. I welcome you to the American dream of owning your own home.

Andrew Roberts, Anthony Tewogbade, and Jordan Powell were the best team we could have asked for! Luckily, we didn't have to ask. Veterans United's employees are just that awesome or we just got that lucky, idk lol. Either way, we really appreciate all they did for us. They were very patient throughout the process. Our home buying experience was a roller coaster ride, but our VU team kept us well informed which helped a lot! They were all extremely knowledgeable and responsive which was awesome. Their most valuable characteristic was their honesty and transparency. It didn't matter if it was bad or good news. They were straight with us and quick to notify us with all unexpected changes. I have to give a special shout-out to Andrew Roberts. Which is nothing against Anthony and Jordan I promise. They were awesome! Andrew was just there from day 1 and never got annoyed with us and remained very responsive throughout the entire year. I feel like most people would have quit giving us so much attention after several months, but not him. So, thanks again Andrew!

Shout out to Rob Riggle for appearing on my social media feed and ads so often that I finally gave in to getting in touch with Veterans United. The process was honestly worth it since I actually own my home now! As a millennial, I honestly never thought I would become a homeowner. But you guys came through and made me and my family so incredibly happy. I can finally feel secure in where I live after years of homelessness and uncertainty. My children have a place to grow up.
