I was super impressed with the VU portal as a one stop shop for everything a person needs with a move! It wasn’t just closing a loan, there were discounts on moving companies and a check list to access everything for your new home from insurance, TV, utilities, internet, forwarding mail service, and more. It was great! This was an unexpected level of service from a home lender.

Would not recommend Kaizen Realty or Sure title (partially owned by Kaizen). Please do not send veterans there. I spent $2000.00 in fees that were not necessary.
