Overall it was a positive experience. It was a dire time to buy a home considering the economy, the competition and rising interest rates. But we felt confident in the process with the help of VU and Kyle.
Kyle and John were amazing in helping me purchase my home in the condensed time frame we had to find the home and get all the paperwork done. They were amazing. They stayed in communication with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. If i ever have to buy another house they will be the first folks I will be calling. The process was so smooth and easy when we opted for help from Veterans United. They helped us find the right realtor and answered all our questions and helped us with every detail and step throughout the whole process. The helped make the purchase alot less scary. Super great experience will definitely recommend
This process was a nightmare and still is. My family has a brand new build with NO power. Our closing date was pushed back multiple times because of lack of communication. We were in a terrible situation and pleaded to close sooner than we did but no urgency was shown. Just not a fun or educational experience for a first time home buyer.
