In our endeavor to purchase our first loan, we decided to use Veterans United. I have purchased homes before in my past. My first experience with Veterans United was flawless, pleasant and a beautiful experience. The original representatives we used to conduct our first VA loan made our buying experience happy. There was no haggling, misinformation, or hidden fees. They were straight forward, very informational and included us in the experience in every way. The loan portal was the greatest tool ever. Along with the representatives, they assisted us with finding agents in every city we were looking for a home.They assisted in the transition and start up of our utilities and every service option needed in our transition. Having moved from California to Virginia, he had no clues of Virginia loan laws and applicable necessities we needed to purchase our home. I will say, it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a lending institution. The flawless process is what had my Wife, Mei and I use Veterans United for our second loan.When we initiated our second loan, approximately 10 months later, I called Veterans United and choose to speak with Kevin Warren, a loan representative. Kevin took his time and thoroughly provided us all the necessary information we needed and the rigors of the VA loan process. It was his information that actually pushed us to do our second loan and do it again with Veterans United.During the process, Kevin was very attentive of our loan from the beginning. He was very informational and did everything in his power to ensure we received the best options and information for our type of loan. He called regularly to keep us extremely updated in every aspect of our loan.Kevin is an asset to your organization and is an example to how loan representatives should be.
