The VU Team has done great work for me from them helping me purchase my home and now doing this cash out refinance. I doubt I would’ve been able to do anything as they walked me through every form piece of paperwork and showing me how to get this done. I salute VU and I’d advise any Veteran to give them a call first when doing anything VA housing(Buying/Refinance)

I believe what would have put you all over the top is that the communication was sometimes slow. There were times when days went by before I got a response. I would have also appreciated having someone walked me step by step on what to expect up to closing. A friendly reminder of how much to have before closing would have been nice too and to have someone other than the title company walk me through the steps of the closing documents.
