I would recommend Veterans United to anyone purchasing a home with there VA benefits. They are kind, considerate, patient, and very helpful. They will take care of everything they can and walk you through the things you have to do.
Overall I was happy with the process but was a little disappointed with the lack of communication during some of the rockier parts of our purchase. My closing date changed 3-4 times due to external factors (VA appraiser, water test results, etc.), but the information was very slow to come to me. I oftentimes had to reach out to my coordinator for information.

Only opportunity I never spoke with the beginning reps regarding services such as moving companies, utilities, etc may be best to streamline most communication down to 1-2 agents to eliminate that possibility of someone missing out on communication and follow up
