We didn’t like the way that they kept coming back asking for more money one week before closing and they asked for money I think they should get all the money ready at the beginning and give us at least a month to get it
VU was great and we’d highly recommend it to our friends because I know that they’d help them find the best deal possible. I’m a disabled vet and my wife is AD. Originally we were putting the loan under her name. But our loan coordinator advised us to put it under my name instead in order to get the VA funding fee waived. That saved us 7.3K!
