I was very pleased with Jessica, her team, and the realtor that I was linked up with , the entire process was fast and easy . They made it an enjoyable experience and was always very prompt doing there jobs to ensure my loan was done right the very first time ! I would definitely recommend to everyone !
I would say the initial contact with Josh went well and he got my pre approval done rather fast. During the process I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman, a lot of hype and not a lot of listening. Everything was moving along fine until a week before I was due to close. Josh calls me in a panic, which really didn't help the situation, saying that he FORGOT to figure in my condo fees so in order for the loan to process I would need to SELL MY CAR. Needless to say this actually caused me to have a mental breakdown and I was unable to speak so I ended the call. He called me back 15 minutes later saying he has found another solution. I am still not understanding how he thought telling me to sell my car was a good idea. The fact he had a solution in 15 minutes after putting me through that says a lot. I also had to pay my condo insurance out of my pocket because the payments were not processed in time and my insurance was cancelled. I am STILL waiting for the payment to arrive to Geico and the 3 debts that were to be paid off. I would never tell anyone I know to go to this company for a loan. I hope that this is worked out with Josh and he is told how to communicate with customers. Thank You.

What can I say about my loan specialist Hanna Schwartz. First off it was so easy to work with her. She was always available to answer questions. I'm a first time home buyer and I was so fearful and confused but working with Hanna eased all my worries away. She always kelp me updated with everything throughout the whole process.
