Get your COE (Certificate of Eligibility) from the VA first. We had to wait 8 weeks to get ours. But once we did, we closed our loan in under 30 days. Otherwise this process couldn't have been easier. Thank you Tanner for all of your patience and help. We will use Veteran's United again for any future needs.
