Second time using VU. It was night and day different from the first. Multiple members of the team openingly admitted to not know exactly what documents they were looking for. However knew they need something to check a box. Loan coordinator had trouble answering questions, leaving me less then confident in the process.
This whole process was easy and this team got me into my first home!

I thought the whole process of buying our first house would be worse than doing taxes but it was quite the opposite with the team I was given.
