Veterans united Communication processes sucks! Putting everything on the client to do is garbage! Scrabble to ensure bankers to their job isn’t fun! Explain things. Don’t put checklist of to do’s on the day of closing! Talk to people! Had to delay my closing to wire money to title company! Every step was a wire brushing!

I greatly enjoyed working with Brad, Jasin, and Mrs. Gordon (the real estate agent). All 3 were professional, dedicated, and caring. I highly recommend Mrs. Gordon for any person looking for a realtor. My home buying experience was a walk in the park thanks to the people I worked with.

Veterans united is such an amazing team. Most businesses are focused on making money. Which I understand they are a business, but their customer service seems to take a front seat. My finance team is the best I’ve ever seen. They take their time to explain things in a clear and precise manner and always ensure that I am happy and have all my questions answered!

Mike and the team were nothing shy of amazing. The work they put in to help get us our dream house was no small feat. We had a bit of a unique situation and they bent over backwards to make sure everything was in place and we were able to close (even early if we wanted). We cannot thank them enough.
Overall I had a pleasant experience with the buying process but I had a number of occasions where I had submitted documents and for some reason, they were not posted and I had to resubmit. It was my intent that whenever documents were requested I would submit them within 24 hours.
From start to finish every person I worked with and spoke with at VA United had my best interest in mind! Each and every time I had a question or concern my VA United team was available and willing to help! I really appreciate how painless they all made my home buying experience!!! Really a great team to work with!
Hard to get ahold of them, constant voicemail. But saying that, they do call u back within 24 hours. It was my first home purchase. If I had to do it again, I would definitely use Veterans United. Outstanding job, very happy
