I am thankful we had the opportunity to work with Bert. He is very knowledgeable about what he does, he goes above and beyond to find answers, even when it doesn't pertain to his field of expertise. We never felt alone or unsure of the process as we went along. There was always a line of communication open. Bert was there, ensuring us with either updates or answers, making sure our needs were satisfied, and cheering us on every step of the way. We could not have asked for a more genuine human being to work with.
There are not enough words to describe Latisha. She is such a joy to have working with you. She lets you know that you are her priority. It is a blessing to know that when a question or concern arises, she will not only address the issue but help resolve it.
Latisha remained consistent throughout this process, and assured us that if we weren't satisfied, she wasn't satisfied. Anything that needed addressing whether it was any documentation or just researching information for us, it was done with the upmost attention and care. Latisha went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of to the fullest.

overall, it's ok. loan coordinator changed like 3 times. loan officer went on vacation. and then the VA delays. was going to give a 6 stars, but then again, i understand things do come up.
