The loan agency was great, the real estate agency is something I would recommend you guys look into. Both agents we had were by far hands down the worst we’re ever dealt with.

I don't know why Melanie Pipes didn't like me but I would never recommend her to family or friends. Serious lack of communication that really accelerated after I asked her what I had done. She did good showing me the property via zoom before offer, but during final walk through she hardly let me see anything. Veterans United is 5 star, but their realtor recommendation was like only thing that was not a pleasant experience.
