Shout out to Rob Riggle for appearing on my social media feed and ads so often that I finally gave in to getting in touch with Veterans United. The process was honestly worth it since I actually own my home now! As a millennial, I honestly never thought I would become a homeowner. But you guys came through and made me and my family so incredibly happy. I can finally feel secure in where I live after years of homelessness and uncertainty. My children have a place to grow up. We can decorate for Christmas and Halloween with gusto. The kids can hang their stockings up for Santa. We can finally put down roots.Where others failed us, VU succeeded. Thank you guys!! You all have no idea how much this genuinely means to me and my family. Keep doing it!

Our Relator Bobbie Almond, can only be described as a God sent! She worked tirelessly to find the right home for us, provided sound advise, catered to all of our questions (regardless of the time), patience that would be in competition with Mother Terresa, and was continuously optimistic throughout any situation we had during the home purchase. I would recommend only sending Soldiers to her if they are buying in the Shreveport area, she is simply amazing!
We used Veteran's United back in 2011 when purchasing our home in VA. The full service they provide really appreciated. The Concierge service is new this time and a great addition. All of our experiences have been great!

I’m grateful that I was able to use my VA loan to become a homeowner. I didn’t realize going in that the process would be highly stressful but it’s over with now so I won’t dwell on it that much. The worst part about this home buying process was my real estate agent Tony Butson. Please do not assign him to any other veteran. I do not know if he just started working as a real estate agent or if he just doesn’t take pride in what he does but I have nothing good to say about him at all.

Had a smooth 1st Time home buying experience during our PCS!
The loan process for someone that has been out of the service is a little harder than someone that has recently got out as far as paperwork is goes. But our team got it done! We have an amazing, beautiful home!
I would recommend Jake Levy and his team to anyone! They are truly the best.
