Veteran's United made the home buying process with a VA loan pretty simple. Everything is available online and easy to access, plus you're notified immediately when a document needs your attention. My team was very communicative and always kept me in the loop. There were some fees that I wasn't aware of going into buying (1st time buyer) and I would've liked to know about those upfront, however that doesn't directly reflect on Veteran's United. It's just something everyone needs to be aware of. Overall, great company, I'd be happy to work with them again.
Nyk and Brianna were very helpful and easy to work with. They responded promptly to my questions and assisted me where ever needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Very terrible at calling back when leaving a message. I usually always had to call again either the next day or day after.
