

Very smooth. Good communication

The entire process was unbelievably smooth and informal. Not once was anyone on my VU team anything less than welcoming, pleasant, and unquestionably attentive, going so far as to answer my questions on nights and weekends, even when told there was no rush and it could wait until the following morning/Monday.I shopped around for two years, on-again off-again, and each time I reached out to VU to start the process I was treated as though I was next in line to sign closing documents. They never make you feel any less important, regardless of where you are in the process.If the team that helped me is anything to measure by, then VU has undeniably fostered an environment of honest, open communication and true care for the people they serve, because that's what they make you feel like: a person, not a customer.This may be my only frame of reference for a home buying experience, but I'd be willing to bet my bottom dollar that VU is unbeatable across the board.

From the first phone call I made to Veterans United, Joe and his team jumped into action on my loan approval and notifying me immediately of approval. VU's team is efficient and aggressive to the finish insuring the highest quality in customer service to our veterans. Prompt, courteous and professional people who make you feel there with you every step of the way and in your corner. Even with all my questions or concerns VU sincerely answered all of them and assured me all aspects for the best loan was being done. For m y first VA experience I'm very proud to have had VU on my side.







This will not be the last time working with Evan, Monica, and the team. I was skeptical prior to contacting them. Now I have a warm and fuzzy VU and will use them in. The future



Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
